EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. In case of an exchange/return, a request has to be sent within 3 days from the date of delivery.

2. The product should be in saleable condition and should not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered.

3. The products original tags to be intact.

4. In lieu of the exchanged merchandise, one can buy any other merchandise of the same or higher value by paying the difference. 

5. The rights to exchange a product bought on sale remain with the brand.

6. Website Wallet is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

7. A charge of Rs. 150 will be levied on the client for a return order/exchange order as shipping cost.

8. The shipping period for products in normal days will be 7-8 working days nationally.

9. No Exchange is provided for the products sold during sale/promotions

REFUND POLICY

RETURN TIME –  THE CUSTOMER CAN EASILY BOOK THE RETURN WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THEY ARE BOOKED AFTER 3 DAYS OF DATE OF DELIVERY.

REFUND TIME – THE REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE WEBSITE WALLET WITHIN 3-4 DAYS AFTER THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN OUR WAREHOUSE AND IT PASSES THE QUALITY CHECK.
